Arrangement for Seating Zone
- Attendance at the Hong Kong International Horse Show ("the Show") is at your own risk. Clarion Events Asia Venture I Limited ("the Organisers") and HPower International Ltd (its agent) are not liable for injury, damage, or loss, except when caused by their negligence. Attendees are responsible for their own safety, health, and wellbeing.
- Entry to the Show is only allowed with a valid ticket.
- The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches for the safety of attendees
- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial purposes.
- The Organisers may alter the content or schedule of the Show due to unforeseen circumstances, with no obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
- Those with respiratory issues should be aware of the potentially dusty atmosphere and the presence of dogs and horses in performances.
- The Organisers are not responsible for any financial loss due to contracts entered with exhibitors.
- The Organisers are not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
- All bookings are subject to a booking fee.
- Check tickets upon purchase, as mistakes may not be rectifiable.For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original event admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
Concessionary Tickets and Promotional Code
- For any order that includes concession tickets with an applicable promo code, tickets must be purchased via HK Ticketing Hotline at +852 31 288 288 or online@hkticketing.com. To ensure all tickets within the same booking are seated together, HK Ticketing customer service team will assist with the reservation directly.
- Senior Citizens: Individuals aged 65 or above are eligible for concession tickets with valid proof of age upon admission.
- Children (3-17 Years): Children aged 3 to 17 can purchase concession tickets with proof of age upon admission.
- Children Under 3: Children under 3 may attend free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult. They will not be allocated a seat and must sit on the accompanying adult’s lap. Proof of age may be required upon request

- Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction. Multiple promotional codes cannot be used or combined in the same purchase. The promotional code is not applicable to the following ticket categories and charges:
- Bronze Ticket (Restricted View)
- Family Package
- Accessible Zone Ticket
The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:
- Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders (if applicable). When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission. AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
* Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.
- AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.
- Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the event venue with sufficient lead time for admission.
